How do you make a Canadian cocktail even more Canadian? Rim the glass with finely crushed ketchup chips (yes, that’s a flavour you won’t find outside our borders), and then add Canada’s own Walter Craft Caesar Mix for good measure. That recipe comes from Stephen La Salle, executive chef of Feast + Revel at the newly opened Andaz Ottawa Byward Market—a recipe he created for the hotel’s grand opening in September.
